Description Aims and Objectives
A voluntary organisation for Stroke Patients and their families, based in, and serving mainly Guernsey, but help is also offered to the other islands of the Bailiwick. Assistance is given to the Board of Health within the King Edward VII Hospital Rehabilitation Scheme, for which the Board of Health assists with some of the running costs.
Organisation and Management
The Association is managed and run by a Director, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and other Committee Members.
Financed mainly by donations and fundraising, together with a contribution from the Board of Health towards the running costs.
