Description Aims and Objectives

GO has been set up as a non-profit entity to provide training to people with social/  communication difficulties and those with mental heath problems etc to enable them to find worthwhile employment
GO is social enterprise project. There are 3 businesses - GO -  Guernsey's largest second hand furniture shop, GO2 a charity shop and GO Outdoors  -an outside selling area.  There is also furniture delivery service, a furniture painting service and recently we have started a number of work shops where our clients can work.  We works alongside the organisations such as the Guernsey Employment Trust, the prison and Social Security

GO is run by 5 managers each with specific responsibilities 

GO prepares people for employment by teaching general skills e.g. building confidence and teaching the importance of teamwork. Other specific courses, such as manual handling, etc. are also offered. The clients are all encouraged to take an active role in the business.


Organisation and Management

GO LBG has a Board  including Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer.
