Bailiwick Justice Review - Public Survey
The Association of Guernsey Charities
Director of UK consultancy service Do It Justice, Gemma Buckland, has been appointed to lead an independent review of Guernsey’s justice policy. Ms Buckland is an experienced policy analyst and criminologist who until recently worked at the UK Justice Committee. Her work will be supported by specialist crime and justice consultancy Crest Advisory.
This phase of the Review will culminate in the submission of a report to the States of Deliberation by the end of this year for consideration in early 2020 outlining proposals for future Justice Policy.
The Review team is keen to understand the extent of public support to achieve a more inclusive approach to justice in the Bailiwick and has developed a survey to get your views. This Survey is not a consultation on recommendations for future justice policy rather it will form part of the findings of the Review and it is anticipated that further public consultation will take place on the resulting recommendations.
The Survey closes on 25thOctober 2019, so there is just over two weeks left to take part.
