Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Charitable Trust
Our aims and objectives
A charitable trust set up in 2004 by Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Limited that aims to focus on donations to less well known charities where smaller sums (typically £500 - £1,500) can make a big difference.
To date (February 2023), the Trust has donated £325,000 to charities located in the three islands in which Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Limited operates - the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man
Organisation and management
The five Trustees (Tom Brown, Eilish Brenock, Pauline Williams, Roisin Sullivan and Ceri Turton) hold a minimum of two meetings per year to decide on donations.
Financed through the sale of small positions of shares and donations from staff and clients of Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Limited. All dealing and other expenses are underwritten by the Company.
