Shiloh Church

Our aims and objectives

Shiloh Church is a place of Christian worship and is affiliated with the Baptist Union of GB and NI.

The church operates a children's clothing bank and a food bank and employs a Communities worker who supports Social Services in delivering the "Incredible Years Course". We also employ a Youth Worker who runs various children's activities, clubs and sports clubs throughout the year.

Our Pastoral Care worker organises regular activities for senior citizens as well as providing practical support. Their work is primarily for the benefit of the church's non-members.

Our aim is to see hundreds of people from all walks of life in Guernsey being transformed by the love and power of God; joining in our journey of faith, deepening in love for God and one another, being released together in worship, serving others and being empowered to share His love with the wider world.

Organisation and management

The Church is overseen by a group of Elders and a team of 6, directly employed by the Church.

The team is supported by a number of volunteers who run various ministries.
