Our aims and objectives
An organisation for women, inspiring action and transforming lives through education, empowerment and enabling opportunities.
As a diverse group of local women we aim to;
- Provide practical help to the local community
- Raise funds for local and International charities
- Lobby against discrimination against women
- Increase awareness of the issues faced by women and girls
- Offer a friendship and support network
- Encourage women to fulfill their full potential
Organisation and management
We are a group of 35 local women represented by an elected President and Executive Committee, part of the Soroptimists International organisation.
