Guernsey Cancer Alliance
Our aims and objectives
The GCA is a confidential forum where representatives from HSC, local support groups and those with an interest in cancer services come together to discuss issues relating to cancer.
It aims to work collaboratively to share ideas and develop innovative and practical strategies that foster a genuine benefit to both individuals with cancer and the wider community.
The GCS chair feeds collective ideas into HSC, representing the views and interests of a large proportion of the cancer third sector community.
Organisation and management
The GCA is led by a chairperson, supported by a Secretary who facilitates 6 meetings a year.
