Wheels For You
Our aims and objectives
Wheels for You is an unincorporated charitable association in Guernsey. Its aims and objectives are to create accessible cycling opportunities for individuals who are unable to ride or access traditional two-wheeled bicycles. Our aim is to offer the joy of cycling, along with its associated health benefits, in a safe and inclusive environment.
The charity organises community programmes to increase levels of physical activity in disadvantaged groups. These are held in various locations, through from April to September a fortnightly event is held at Les Beaucamps High School. Funds raised through grant applications and other channels are used to purchase and maintain equipment, and for operational costs.
Organisation and management
The charity is managed by the Board, which is made up of three managing officials - the Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer.
