Castel Parent Teacher Association

Our aims and objectives

The aims of the Castel School PTA are:-

i. To advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school, not normally provided by the States of Guernsey Committee for Education, Sport and Culture;

ii. To foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;

iii. To engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it

Organisation and management

All parents are automatically members. The head teacher is an ex-officio President. The Association is managed by a committee of two teachers (nominated by the teaching staff) and up to twelve parents who are elected at the AGM.
