Our aims and objectives
Health Connections' vision is: A Bailiwick where everyone can find and connect to the support they need for their
health and wellbeing.
Our activities include:
-Maintaining an online directory of local support, services and activities in
our Bailiwick community.
-Offering free one-to-one signposting support, helping people access the services
and resources that truly make a difference in their lives.
-Providing the largest voluntary community transport service, improving access to
social, care, and well-being support across our community.
-Hosting Weekly Talking Cafes across the island offer in-person connection and
signposting support for those who need it most. Attendees also meet new people,
make new friends and gain direct access to our Directory, connecting them with the
services that matter most.
- Maintaining charity shops which are key to our self-sufficiency and sustainability
efforts. They support both our services and the community, while providing affordable
options for many of our customers and service users.
