Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands
Make a positive difference in the Channel Islands
Over the last 35 years, Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands has distributed over £20 million to support local charities. Are you looking for a rewarding role, supporting charities which help people, especially disadvantaged, to play a fuller role in our islands’ communities?
We’re looking for a passionate, strategic and forward-thinking individual who is based in Guernsey to join our dynamic Board of Trustees.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following:
• Grant making, governance and/or leadership experience within a charitable organisation.
• Deep understanding of the issues facing the Bailiwicks’ communities and its charity sector.
Trustees serve in a voluntary capacity and are appointed for a term of three years. The Board meets four times a year, and Trustees are required to participate in sub-committees, events and charity visits. All necessary travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.
