About the AGC

AGM 2026 & Annual Report

Annual General Meeting was held on 13th April 2026 at 7:00 PM at Princess Royal Performing Arts Centre.

The AGM is always a significant occasion for any membership organisation as we look forward to coming together with our members. You, our member, are at the very heart of our mission, and your involvement in our activities is fundamental to our success.

Some of the more formal aspects of the AGM we   

  • Ratified the appointment of a new directors, John Brewer as Secretary, Karen Marshall and Charlie Cox as Directors

  • Resolution of Migration of Membership

We also had the opportunity to

  • Reflect on and review the achievements & challenges of the past year

  • Learn about the AGC’s refreshed strategic goals

  • Influence the future direction of our organisation

We were pleased to welcome two guest speakers:

  • Steve Falla, Policy and Resources States of Guernsey , who shared an update on progress made against the Charity Sector Manifesto asks.

  • Nathan Goode , Social Value Portal , who provided insights into the software and the benefits of applying a social value approach in Guernsey.

Our Annual Report 2025, covering a year that has seen continued progress against our Strategic Aims. For any membership body, the views and support of those it serves are crucial, and so the growth in members and the range of testimonials provided throughout the report.
