At Home in Guernsey's vision is to end homelessness. 

We believe that everyone living in Guernsey in entitled to somewhere secure, affordable and adequate to live. 

At Home in Guernsey’s team are passionate about demonstrating our values in everything we do.

At Home in Guernsey provides support for individuals who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. At Home in Guernsey has a Supported Lodging Scheme which recruits resident landlords and matches them with suitable lodgers who are at risk of homelessness. 

At Home in Guernsey aims to raise public awareness of homelessness and we are delighted to be co-producing the Homelessness Delivery and Implementation Plan with the States of Guernsey to achieve our vision to end homelessness, or to quote Prince William, “make homelessness rare, brief and unrepeated”. 

At Home in Guernsey works closely with third sector organisations, statutory agencies, social housing providers and landlords. 

Aims , Objectives and Activities 

Our charitable objectives are the following: 

1.Provide direct support to clients through advocacy, signposting and emotional support 

2.Raise awareness of homelessness and our services to de-stigmatise homelessness in our community 

3.Campaign for a statutory definition of homelessness and associated statutory obligations 

4.Collate data to increase our understanding of homelessness and collaborate with partners 

5.Become local experts, with our clients in all aspects relating to homelessness 

6.Secure funds to sustain our work for as long as it is needed
