Description Aims and Objectives

The Art of Living foundation is chartered as a non-profit, educational organisation. It is based in the United States with affiliates in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and Australia. It is accredited as an official Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in special consultative status with the United Nations.

The Foundation offers practical methods and experimental processes for managing stress, improving overall health and bringing greater fulfilment to daily life. To date, this unique educational programme has been taught to over a million people, in more than ninety countries, spanning five continents. The cornerstone of the programme is a natural breathing technique that allows the individual to manage emotions, while releasing stress and infusing the system with energy. Wholeness is fostered on every level and the result is a transformation of a person's physical, emotional and mental state of well-being.

The programme benefits the following areas:

-        Increased energy and enthusiasm
-        Improved physical health
-        Increased creativity and clarity of mind
-        Release of negative emotions and patterns
-        Improved interpersonal relationships
-        Initiates healing of past emotional traumas
-        Improved self-esteem
-        Improved self confidence
-        Energy and enthusiasm
