Carers Support Group We hold a Carers Support Group every Wednesday afternoon between 2:00 - 4:00 at our Delancey Centre. This session is supported by and run in conjunction with the Memory Clinic team. Guest speakers attend every week to talk on a variety of topics related to Dementia. Please feel free to just turn up where a warm welcome awaits you and your loved one. Whilst you listen to the speaker our volunteers will look after your loved one in the comfort of our lounge.
Flag Day Thank You Thank you to our 150 amazing volunteers who came out to help us with our Annual Flag Days. It may only have been an hour of your time, but to us it means absolutely everything. A big thank you to Credit Suisse (at Aladdins Cave) and Royal Bank of Canada (at Alliance) who organised their own collectors for the day and also to Mourant Ozannes, IPES, Guernsey. Collas Crill and ABN Amro who had staff in various locations around the island. To everyone who donated money, no matter how small or large, we sincerely thank you all. We will let you know the final sum raised once we have counted every penny.

Volunteer Drivers Guernsey Alzheimer's Association is looking for volunteer drivers who would be able to offer a couple of hours per week for pick ups and drop offs using our new minibus. Please contact the office on 245121 for further information.

Tower to Tower Walk and Run You are invited to take part in our Annual Tower to Tower sponsored walk on Sunday 16th August 2020.The walk commences at 09.00 a.m from Vazon Tower No 12 walking along the coast to Tower No 5 at the north end of L’Ancresse Bay, or you can join anywhere along the route. A drink and welcome snack will greet you on your arrival and a medal to thank you for your efforts will be presented at the Final Tower.
Flag Day Our flag day this year was postponed from May and will now take place on Saturday 14th November at various locations around Guernsey.

Open Day Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association are having an open morning for Carers and their families on Saturday 1st December. Join us at our centre in Delancey from 10-12 for tea/coffee and mince pies. We offer practical and emotional help for those caring for loved ones with dementia. If you need some free time our Sitters will be in attendance to explain more about this service. Come along and see what we can do to help you.
