Have you got an hour to spare weekly/fortnightly? We are in need of volunteers who can spend an hour visiting a lonely or isolated older person, for a chat/walk/drive/cup of tea. No special skills needed just a friendly face and listening ear. Full training and support will be given. References and police check will be required prior to any visits.
